Pre-construction Planning and Drawing Review: This important step marks the beginning of our collaboration. We review all architectural drawings and project specifics to fully understand the project scope, goals, and potential challenges. During planning, we’ll evaluate material choices, construction methods, and necessary structural changes. If we have questions or concerns, we work closely with architects to ensure everyone is aligned.
Complex Projects and Problem-Solving: For advanced or complex projects, we conduct additional reviews and oversight of site limitations, unconventional layouts, and other structural conditions that must be considered before construction begins.
Trade Coordination and Construction: We help facilitate coordination between all trades responsible for installations, mechanical systems, structural work, and more. Peak Construction manages the construction process and helps coordinate to minimize project conflicts and budget issues, ensuring the project stays on the proposed timeline.
Communication and Design Coordination: Our team keeps architects involved throughout the process, using a collaborative approach to address concerns as they arise. This home was built on a steep slope, requiring a precise site layout, custom framework, and seamless integration of curtain-wall glass systems meeting custom timber.
