This Bearsville, NY home underwent an extensive renovation and addition that transformed the existing structure while expanding the home for its next chapter.
Over the course of approximately 8–10 months, Peak Construction managed a substantial scope of construction—from demolition and excavation through framing and the completion of the home's exterior envelope.
The project began with demolition and site preparation, followed by excavation, backfilling and grading to prepare the property for the new construction. From there, our team completed the framing and sheathing for the renovation and addition, bringing the new structure together with the existing home.
