Renovation in Chappaqua, NY

This interior renovation focused on reworking the home's layout, improving functionality, and creating a more cohesive connection between the kitchen, living areas, primary suite, and supporting spaces. We reframed to create the kitchen, mudroom, and powder bathroom, while the existing wood flooring. The kitchen and surrounding spaces were reworked to create a more open, functional layout with a strong connection to the adjoining living areas.
Custom millwork was incorporated throughout the kitchen, pantry, and mudroom, including new cabinetry and storage. The finished design combines painted cabinetry with rich natural wood accents, warm metal hardware, light countertops, and a coordinated backsplash.
Rather than treating each room as an individual project, the renovation brought the spaces together through consistent materials, architectural details, warm wood tones, clean millwork, and a balance of traditional character with updated finishes.
