Peak Construction renovated approximately 950 square feet of basement space, creating finished living areas and a new bathroom. The work included framing perimeter walls and interior partitions, enclosing ductwork and piping in the ceiling, and separating mechanical and utility areas.

Finishes included vinyl plank flooring, a tiled bathroom floor, a shower enclosure, and a vanity with a solid surface countertop. The team also installed interior doors, hardware, window and door casing, base trim, and oak flooring on both basement stair landings. The scope included permit and inspection coordination, debris removal, and daily cleanup.
