Peak Construction completed a comprehensive commercial renovation for Bimbo Bakeries USA at its New Paltz, NY facility. Working from plans by Alfandre Architecture and Gilson Engineering and Associates, Peak managed the renovation from demolition through final interior finishes.

The scope included extensive interior demolition and reconfiguration, new wall framing, a new 200-amp electrical panel and electrical systems, major HVAC replacement and upgrades, new plumbing and drainage, drywall and FRP wall systems, commercial flooring, painting, new windows, hollow-metal doors, and a new aluminum-and-glass storefront entrance. Exterior work included new gas-service protection bollards, while Peak also provided site protection, construction supervision, permitting assistance, debris removal, and coordination throughout the project.

This substantial commercial renovation involved multiple building systems and trades, requiring Peak to coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish work while maintaining the requirements of an active commercial facility.
