Peak Construction completed the commercial build-out for Moonrise Bagels at Hudson Heritage in Poughkeepsie, NY. Working alongside architect Danielle Epstein, the project included the structural and interior construction needed to transform the space into a fully functioning restaurant, from building systems and kitchen areas to customer-facing finishes and final details.

The completed build-out created a modern, efficient space designed around Moonrise Bagels’ operational needs and established brand.
